What type of payments do you accept?  And is it secure?

We use the PayPal system to receive payment for purchases made on-line.  This provides a secure and reliable payment method and allows you to decide how to pay.  You can set up your PayPal account to use a credit card, a debt card, or a checking account.  The choice is yours. 

 

Once you complete a transaction, PayPal immediately charges your account and sends me a e-mail informing me of your purchase and your mailing address.  I never see your account information, credit or debt card number, or any banking information.  For membership purchases the first month will be charged immediately and we will send you an e-mail with an invoice to purchase the remaining months.  This does not cost you any more, it just allows us to set up the billing to be the same day each month on a day prior to shipping.

When will the kits ship?
The kits begin shipping between the 6^th and 8th of each month.

How will the kits ship?
Within the continental United States the kits will normally ship via USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in most domestic locations with in 2-3 days.  However at times they will ship via UPS Ground or Parcel Postage.  Certain products by Federal Law cannot be shipped via any method  involving an airplane.  We are working to get you the most cost effective and timely shipping available.  We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective method of shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will be happy to ship internationally. The shipping charges will be the actual cost of shipping and ship via your choice of carriers. Contact us via e-mail to work out the details.

Can I skip a month?
Yes, skips are allowed.  Please e-mail me to make these arrangements.  Please provide me with as much notice as possible.  If you are set up for automatic payments through a Paypal subscription, I will refund the payment for the skipped month once the payment has been made.

What if I want to end my membership early?
Well we hope that you won’t want to but we certainly understand that it may not always be by choice. If you have signed up for a 6 month membership and need to cancel your membership we will charge you the difference of the cost between one month and the membership fee per month that you received. If you completed 3 months, we will use that price to calculate the difference.

I have a group that would like to sign up together, how does that work?
Each group is welcome to decide how they want to run their group and their meetings. I will be happy to ship everything to one address and split the shipping cost between the members of the group. This will save money on shipping cost for the group and will allow everyone to receive the kits at the same time. I can mail the group leader the kits a week early so that she may have time to work on projects or play with the items to be able to discuss the kit at the next meeting (if you have monthly meetings). My suggestion would be to have monthly meetings and share what you have created with the kits. E-mail me with contact information and we can discuss how to set it up.

How do you come up with ideas?
I am a scrapaholic. Everything I see has the potential to be a scrap item or tool. I look for the smaller newer companies that offer something that you are not going to find in chain stores or even at most of your local scrapbook stores. With that in mind I build kits around those items to include popular or hard to get items with a few of the old favorites. Some things never go out of style or are so versatile they can be used anytime. I don’t use a lot of stickers so there won’t be a lot of stickers. I love to try new things and alter items so there will always be some type of project. If it is an easy or quick project it will be part of the Scrap Kit and if it is a harder or more expensive project it will be part of the Addict or Therapy Kit.
